About the Role
As Senior Manager Product Developer – Menswear Knits, you will lead the end-to-end development of our global knits category. You’ll drive product innovation, quality, and efficiency while ensuring commercial success and brand integrity. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a future-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Research & Development: Unlock growth opportunities through new materials, techniques, and vendor partnerships.

Product Development: Improve quality and workflows while connecting Design, Merchandising, Supply, and Technical teams.

Quality Standards: Review collections, challenge standards, and lead improvements in materials, construction, and fit.

Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of product data and lead adoption of PLM processes.

KPI Management: Drive strategies for margin, sustainability, material efficiency, and reduced overdevelopment.

Sourcing: Guide seasonal allocations and align sourcing strategies with brand needs.

Milestones: Manage calendars, samples, and deadlines across development stages.

Team Leadership: Mentor and develop successors, fostering collaboration and expertise.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion, Product Development, or related field.
-
10 years’ experience in product development, with expertise in menswear knits.
-
Strong knowledge of knitwear construction, materials, and sourcing.
-
Proven leadership and influencing skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
-
Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness.

Passion for menswear and product innovation.
