MISSION

Performs professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation, analysis of financial data and preparation of financial statements in compliance with law requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with Accounting Manager to manage and perform medium-complex fiscal and accounting activities, both routine and non-routine ones related to the import and export of trading goods

• Applies accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions

• Handles assignments involving analysis of data

• Conducts any pertinent investigation of the accounts involved

• Address compliance risks and monitor operational procedures

• When appropriate, contacts operating or staff personnel for the purpose of providing or explaining data, securing information, or describing additional data which could be made available, furnishing advice on accounting matters, especially where based on well-established principles and practices.

ABOUT YOU

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar role within structured environment

• Experience in apparel industry and in import/export are desirable

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, SAP

• High level in local language and in oral as well as written English communication

• Highly detail oriented and organized in work

• Ability to maintain good working relationship with vendors and other employees.
