The Team

The position is part of the global Data & Analytics team, which includes three key pillars:

  • Data Science team: Driving advanced analytics and ML solutions

  • Dashboarding Center of Excellence (CoE): Delivering global business intelligence portfolio and self-service enablement

  • Digital Delivery: Driving digital transformation, strategic initiatives, program management and global ways of working

Within this global function, you will lead the Global Digital Delivery team. This team plays a pivotal role in setting and execution of the AI strategy. In 2026, the team will make a significant push to accelerate PVH’s readiness to drive value with AI.

The Position

Reporting to the SVP Global Data and Analytics, the Senior Director Digital Delivery is responsible to accelerating the PVH’s AI transformation for 12 months across PVH by driving and scaling major deliverables.

This role combines strategic leadership, consulting, program and project management, and execution ownership, setting up the AI operating model and org model, with focus of driving outcomes.

The role will expand for about 7 months to oversee the Digital Delivery scope in full. It provides a unique opportunity to step into full ownership of a high-impact, enterprise-wide program from day one, while shaping its long-term direction.

Core Responsibilities

  • Enterprise AI program leadership

  • Drive the end-to-end AI program: prioritization, planning, execution, and governance. Ensure alignment with PVH+ priorities and business value creation

  • Act as primary point of contact on AI for PVH executive and other senior stakeholders

  • Ensure clear ownership, timelines, and accountability for all initiatives across the organization

  • Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum at scale

  • AI operating model & delivery management of key AI use cases

  • Implement PVH’s AI operating model, including governance, prioritization, and ways of working

  • Drive demand intake, prioritization, and support functional business leads and teams with translating needs into tangible use case profiles

  • Lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, data and others, and manage the delivery of selected, high value AI use cases from PoC through scaling

  • Set up and run the AI PMO. Establish best practices, playbooks, and standards for AI delivery and adoption.

The Ideal Candidate

Master’s degree in business, Engineering, AI, Computer Science or related field12+ years of experience in consulting, digital/AI transformation, or leading large-scale enterprise programs, with a strong focus on execution and delivery. Proven track record in implementing and scaling AI or digital products is a must Proven track record of leading end-to-end enterprise-wide programs, including defining strategy, setting up operating models, and driving execution at scale Experience in setting up and operating AI delivery models, including governance, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional ways of working Solid understanding of AI and GenAI concepts and applications (incl. LLMs), with the ability to translate capabilities into high-impact business use cases and measurable value Hands-on experience delivering AI use cases from ideation/PoC through industrialization and scaling in a complex, global organization Excellent program and project management capabilities, driving accountability across multiple teams Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders Real team player with experience working in cross-functional environments (business, data, IT, product), with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, results-orientation, and ability to operate in ambiguity Experience in apparel/retail industry or FMCG is a plus Proficiency in English Experience in apparel/retail industry or large global organizations is a plus
