This team plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity, ensuring every piece reflects its DNA with craftsmanship and innovation.
Role
-
Research & Development: Ensure vendor intelligence is captured, analyze input, create vendor brief

Product Development: Ensure maintaining product quality & efficient workflows

Product Quality & Standard Setting: Review styles & standard setting for product group. Ensures in all components working together (materials, construction, fit) from proto to bulk
-
Product Data Integrity: Manage style information in PLM and product data integrity

KPI Management: Ensure decision making during milestone activities, review costing and provide solutions
-
Sourcing Landscape: Prepare seasonal initial style allocation based on vendor capabilities and sourcing strategy

Milestone Management: Contribute & prepare samples & product data within given deadlines

Team Development: Ensures level of key functional knowledge
