About The Role

PVH is undertaking a large-scale transformational program in ANZ, designed to deliver significant change across processes, technology, operating models, and ways of working. The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of one or more project workstreams within the transformation, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk are effectively managed.

The Project Manager will drive disciplined execution, strong governance, and clear accountability to ensure project outcomes are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, this is a full-time, 14-month fixed term contract, hybrid role, working from home and in the office weekly.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned project scope within the broader transformation program.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned to the SI delivery methodology and overall program roadmap.
• Ensure milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities are clearly defined and actively managed.
• Act as the primary PVH point of contact for the SI PMO, manage day-to-day delivery as well as coordinate across SI and PVH Teams to resolve issues, manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.
• Establish and operate effective project governance and provide accurate and timely reporting on progress, risks, issues, dependencies and financials.
• Manage project scope and ensure changes are assessed whilst tracking and maintaining project budget.
• Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks and issues, escalating as required.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies in collaboration with other Project Managers and the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Oversee testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities for assigned scope.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement across the program whilst promoting best-practice project disciplines and standards.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

• Minimum 4 years’ proven experience delivering complex projects within large-scale transformation programs in partnership with a prime System Integrator (SI).
• Degree qualified in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of SI-led delivery models and enterprise system implementations.
• Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) desirable.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organisations; apparel, retail, or consumer goods experience desirable.
