About THE ROLE:

When it comes to shopping at Tommy Hilfiger, our customers only deserve the very best in store experience we can offer. You will be working as part of our store team in a luxury retail environment where you will share a passion for our brand and our values with our customers and colleagues.
As a seasonal worker, you’ll be an invaluable part of our store team through our busiest time of the year.
Your responsibilities will be varied, but you should expect to:

• Advise customers on purchases
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience
• Be a brand ambassador and represent the brand to the best of your abilities
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance

About YOU

We’re looking for you, someone who is passionate about assisting our customers and someone who wants to deliver a seamless shopping experience at our busiest time of the year. Your background can be varied but most importantly we’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude, who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
We’re also looking for someone who:

• Has great communication skills
• Has a genuine interest in Fashion/Retail
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knows how to prioritise daily tasks

• Your working hours will be during the store’s opening hours and will vary, including late shifts and evenings
