THE ROLE
As a Technical Program Manager for Flash Array, you will be the strategic engine driving the execution of our most critical storage software releases. You will act as the "big picture" owner, bridging the gap between complex engineering workflows and high-level business objectives to ensure seamless solution readiness. By navigating dependencies across global teams, you will accelerate time-to-market and ensure Everpure delivers the world-class quality our enterprise customers demand.
WHAT YOU'LL DODrive End-to-End Release Strategy: Own the planning, coordination, and execution of complex software release cycles, developing robust schedules and risk-mitigation frameworks that ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
Act as a Technical Change Agent: Identify and implement process optimizations that drive organizational consistency and efficiency, enabling engineering teams to innovate faster while maintaining rigorous architectural standards.
Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the single point of contact for program delivery, orchestrating collaboration between engineering, product management, and field teams to resolve blockers and align on critical release tradeoffs.
Manage Program Health and Visibility: Establish clear program KPIs and communication channels to provide executive stakeholders with transparent updates on progress, resource allocation, and mitigation strategies for technical risks.
Optimize Systemic Productivity: Continuously refine release tools and methodologies to improve team responsiveness to feedback, ensuring the program is perfectly positioned for success in the field and customer base.
WHAT YOU BRINGTechnical Program Mastery: Extensive experience leading large-scale software release cycles within a complex SDLC, with a proven ability to manage projects from initial investigation through to global market delivery.
Strategic Problem Solving: Advanced analytical skills used to triage technical risks, navigate cross-functional dependencies, and make high-stakes tradeoffs that balance speed with system stability.
Organizational Influence: Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, capable of driving accountability across diverse teams and influencing technical direction without direct authority.
Quality and Metric Ownership: A relentless focus on the product experience, utilizing data-driven insights to maintain high standards for quality and operational excellence.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
*Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. *
*This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. *

The annual base salary range is: $170,000—$308,000 USD
