ABOUT THE ROLE…

Everpure France is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter t o join our Commercial Select team in Paris. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new business, working with our channel resellers and key customer accounts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in the Enterprise & Strategic Mid-Market private sector.

You will be responsible for accelerating Everpure’s footprint across high-potential commercial segments in France—an area of strategic importance. You’ll prospect into targeted mid-market accounts and further develop existing relationships, supporting our mission to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions to the market.

YOUR CHALLENGE…

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Promote Innovative Solutions: Advocate for our all-flash enterprise storage technology.

  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers across key commercial sectors, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term growth.

  • Lead and Strategize: Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers and expand within existing ones.

  • Drive Prospection Excellence: Actively identify and engage new prospects within target industries to build a robust pipeline.

  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Execute daily prospecting activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • Collaborate with Partners: Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Everpure Storage effectively.

  • Execute Account Strategies: Implement targeted strategies to consistently close new business.

  • Deliver Results: Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.

  • Communicate Effectively: Present proposals highlighting Everpure Storage’s business value and technical differentiation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING…

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Sales Passion: A strong drive for sales and relationship building.

  • Mid-Market Experience: Experience with direct and indirect sales in the commercial sector, especially within the Enterprise & Strategic mid-market.

  • Prospecting Skills: Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts—this is a hunter role.

  • Partner Collaboration: Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.

  • Proven Success: A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to sectors such as Healthcare & Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Industrial/Construction is highly valued.

  • Technical Acumen: Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent time management and communication abilities.

  • Experience: 5+ years of field sales experience.

  • Language Skills: Professional written & verbal French and professional English proficiency required.
