THE ROLE
As a Finance Analyst within our Go-To-Market Finance Center of Excellence, you will be the analytical engine driving financial clarity for our global Customer Experience (CX) organization. You will bridge the gap between complex data and executive decision-making, ensuring our investments in customer success translate into sustainable business growth. Collaborating across Accounting, CX leadership, and Corporate Finance, you’ll transform raw numbers into a strategic roadmap that optimizes spend and scales our operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Financial Predictability: Own the end-to-end monthly close, forecast, and Budget Variance Analysis (BVA) for the CX organization, providing leadership with a clear narrative on financial performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.
Architect Business Insights: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and automated dashboards that track CX spend efficiency and headcount, turning high-volume data into actionable intelligence for top-line growth.
Optimize Operational Excellence: Partner cross-functionally with Accounting and CX teams to streamline closing activities and integrate AI-driven initiatives into our finance models to increase reporting speed and accuracy.
Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business partners, synthesizing complex actuals into high-impact presentations that guide resource prioritization and investment strategy.
WHAT YOU BRING
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in synthesizing large datasets into executive-level summaries, with the ability to build scalable financial models in Excel, Google Sheets, or Anaplan.
Technical Savvy: Experience utilizing financial systems and data tools (such as Net Suite, SAP, Salesforce, or Snowflake) to automate reporting and extract deep-dive business insights.
Strategic Communication: The ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for non-finance stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and high-accountability environment.
Agile Problem Solving: A self-starter mindset capable of managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an uncompromising eye for detail.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
