OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Atender a la fuerza de ventas, ingresando los trámites de solicitudes nuevas y tramites post issue para los cuales brindamos asesoría previa a cada uno de los clientes, garantizar la satisfacción y permanencia de los socios comerciales facilitando la ejecución de tramites requeridos.
FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO
Registrar trámites de nuevas solicitudes de seguros, revisando y analizando que la información y documentación esté completa en cuanto al llenado e ingreso de anexos requeridos de acuerdo a políticas de emisión y cobranzas, para asegurar el procesamiento de acuerdo a las necesidades de nuestros clientes en los tiempos definidos.
Registrar trámites post emisión (Endosos), Revisando y analizando que los formatos recibidos cumplan con lo requerido de acuerdo a política en tema de llenado y verificando que proceda el trámite basándonos en vigencias de pólizas y recibos pagados, para asegurar el procesamiento de acuerdo a las necesidades de nuestros clientes y nuestras políticas
Asesorar y capacitar a ejecutivos y/o socios comerciales para el ingreso de solicitudes de nuevos negocios y trámites post emisión, Indicando la manera correcta de acuerdo a políticas para ingresar la documentación necesaria para que cumpla con lo establecido por las áreas que la procesarán, para agilizar el proceso de al emisión de pólizas y entregarla al cliente de acuerdo a lo establecido en el contrato de servicio
PERFIL DEL PUESTO
Licenciatura terminada ó trunca
Inglés: Básico
Conocimientos:
- Atención a clientes,
- Prevención de lavado de dinero,
- Conocimientos básicos en seguros (Conceptos)
Experiencia mínimo de 1 año
- Atención a clientes
- Seguros (de preferencia Vida o GMM)
- Analista de emisión
