What you will do:

You will support a variety of functions within PGIM Real Estate (Japan) Ltd. including, but not limited to, transactions, asset management, investment research and client services.

What you can expect to learn:

Transactions:

  • Underwriting / financial modeling (i.e. cash flow projections, etc.)
  • Market research analysis
  • Provide support for ongoing due diligence and preparation of materials.
  • (i.e. investment committee memorandums for internal purposes and/or for external clients)
  • Assistance of ongoing divestment activities

Asset Management:

  • Preparation of asset cash flow projections and internal presentation materials
  • Research support for benchmarking exercises and lease negotiations for existing properties
  • Gain an overall understanding of asset management and its impact on the fund’s performance
  • Obtain and/or enhance software skills used in the real estate industry
  • Assistance of ongoing divestment activities

What you will bring: Your required qualifications

  • Have work eligibility in Japan on full-time basis. (Have citizenship of Japan)
  • Proficiency in English is preferred
  • Intermediate/advanced Japanese is required (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
  • Current student (undergraduate or graduate), GPA3.5 or above
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, along with skills in PowerPoint, Word
  • Good cross-cultural communications and interpersonal skills

Contract Term:

6 months preferred, minimum 3 months, from the mutually agreed date.

Working Hours:

9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The Prudential Tower 16F, 2-13-10 Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan
