We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Human Resources at Kraft Heinz! As Human Resources intern, you will be taking over the recruitment of the next cohort of interns, supporting in recruitment of full-time positions, support in university events, support with onboarding and engagement of employees.

The positions
Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges, by supporting the following role:

Tasks throughout the various roles can include:

Supporting TA daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers.

Supporting and orchestrating events tied to our mission to make Kraft Heinz a great place to work!

Own communications to global operations organizing featuring employee updates and relevant information to know

Own continuous improvement project(s) through employee listening and driving decision making through insights
Qualifications:Job requirements:
-
Master, preferably in the field of Psychology, Business Administration or Management. We are mainly looking for the right attitude!

You should have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
-
Microsoft Office skills are a must.
-
You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands)

What we offer you:

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses

Location: Amsterdam, hybrid
This is a hybrid position - you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
