Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute functional/performance tests to evaluate system scalability, reliability, and stability.

Develop performance testing frameworks, scripts, and tools using Python or Node.js.

Work closely with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues early in the development process.

Create detailed performance test plans, technical documentation, architecture reviews, and performance reports.

Monitor application and infrastructure performance in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous performance validation.

Utilize Docker for containerized testing environments and collaborate using GitHub for version control and code reviews.

Implement best practices related to data security, privacy, and secure system design.

Continuously improve performance testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in functional performance testing or solutions performance engineering.

Strong programming experience in Python or Node.js.

2+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and identify performance issues across distributed systems.

Working knowledge of GitHub, Docker, and container-based environments. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Strong technical documentation skills, including writing architecture documents, test plans, and solution designs.

Good understanding of data security and privacy principles.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, EECS, or a related field.
