• We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to join the Engineering Department team at P&G in Seropédica

• RJ.

• As an Engineering Project Manager, you will:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary

• Manage project budgets and track expenses

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders

• Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met

• Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to team members

• Document processes, decisions, and project outcomes

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
• Live in or have mobility for a full-time face-to-face work Seropédica - RJ
