Engineering Internship

Your role and contribution to P&G’s success

As an intern, you won’t just observe—you will lead. From your first day, you will be entrusted with your own project(s), supported by mentorship, coaching, and continuous feedback. You will:

• Take full ownership of challenging projects.

• Share results and insights with management.

• Gain hands-on experience on the production floor.

• Build your technical expertise and leadership skills.

Job Qualifications

Are you the right fit?

We are looking for highly motivated engineering students who are eager to learn and grow. You are a great match if you:

• Are currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Mechatronics, Controls, Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.

• Will remain enrolled at your university throughout the internship and expect to graduate before the end of 2026.

• Are available for a minimum of 4 months.

• Are proficient in English and bring qualities such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, strong communication, leadership, and teamwork.

If studying at a Belgian university, please consult your internship department to align on the paid internship opportunity we offer.
