Program Details:

• Start Date: July 1st

• Application Deadline: April 30th

• Location: Zagreb

• Duration: 3-6 months

• Flexible working time & hybrid work model

• Having a chance to receive a full-time employment offer in one of our other CE countries (Poland, Hungary or Czech Republic) with diverse career perspectives. Please note that a full-time offer in Croatia will not be available after the completion of the program

What You’ll Do:

Your work will be significant from day one. You’ll join a multifunctional team, directly engaging in business development and decision-making. Here are some exciting projects you could take on:

• Collaborate on new product launches, assessing financial impacts with brand and sales teams.

• Explore business opportunities in emerging channels like e-commerce and discounters.

• Enhance cost competitiveness in our manufacturing processes.

Your Role:

• Finance Leader & Business Partner: Influence business decisions with your financial insights.

• Problem Solver: Analyze market dynamics and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Risk Taker: Own significant projects from day one, streamlining

Job Qualifications Are You the Right Fit?
