In our manufacturing plants, Plant Technicians are vital to the success of our business at P&G. As a technician, you will work on a team that is responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

In Vietnam, P&G Indochina Ltd. has 02 plants with details as following:

• Binh Duong Plant: Dong An IP – Binh Hoa Ward – Thuan An City – Binh Duong Province
• Ben Cat Plant: Vietnam – Vinh Tan Ward
• Tan Uyen Town – Binh Duong Province.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strictly follow safety & quality standards to provide the perfect quality products to our consumers
• Able to display skills in manufacturing processes to maintain high performance production lines
• Maintaining accurate records and data

Job Qualifications

• Last year students, or Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree holders with Engineering/STEM background
• No work experience required
• Willing to work in rotating shifts
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
• Good Collaboration to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Vietnamese citizenship only
