The MSA Budgets & Analysis job family encompasses roles that manage and execute small-scale projects, engage in the creation of models, and conduct analyses. These roles are pivotal in identifying key business building opportunities and ensuring processes are conducted in accordance with current standards. Members of this job family are expected to quickly adapt to new cultures and systems, learn new skills/processes, and prepare materials for the team to influence leaders.

This role is responsible for managing and executing small-scale projects within the MSA Budgets & Analysis job family. The successful candidate will demonstrate stewardship and execute organizational responsibilities, identify key business building opportunities, and ensure processes are conducted in accordance with current standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary starting from 200000 rubles gross

• Annual bonus

• Relocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.

• Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Knowledge of sales policies and experience in cost analysis is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information effectively.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of financial systems and tools is a plus.
