Job Description The Role

Co-Ho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency/production studio inside the Personal Care division within P&G. Co-Ho is seeking an Editor to transform raw footage and CG assets into thumb-stopping social content for P&G's Beauty and Personal Care brands. This is about editing for platforms where attention spans are measured in seconds and trends change by the hour.

You'll be responsible for editing high-volume social content from concept to final delivery. You need the technical skills to work seamlessly with both live-action footage and CG renders, strong motion graphics capabilities, and the eye to maintain the premium aesthetic that beauty and personal care brands demand.

This is a studio role focused on creating platform-native content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. Reporting to the Head of Studio, you'll work closely with our Director of Photography, CG team, and Creative Directors to deliver content that balances speed with polish. You'll be the bridge between content capture and final delivery—ensuring every asset is optimized for performance and perfectly suited to its platform.

Three Core Areas of Responsibility1. Social Content Editing & Finishing

  • Edit social-first content from raw footage and CG assets into final, platform-ready deliverables
  • Cut product hero shots, beauty application content, influencer videos, and lifestyle moments that drive engagement
  • Master the pacing, composition, and visual language of social platforms—you know the difference between a Tik Tok edit and an Instagram Reel
  • Work seamlessly with live-action footage and CG renders from our 3D team
  • Deliver content optimized for social platform specs, aspect ratios, file sizes, and performance best practices
  • Move fast without sacrificing quality: edit, revise, and deliver at the speed social demands
  • Maintain COHO's visual signature while staying flexible to platform trends and brand needs

2. Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement

  • Create motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and visual effects that enhance social content without overproducing it
  • Design kinetic typography, product callouts, and brand elements that feel native to social platforms
  • Color grade footage to ensure products look premium and consistent across all deliverables
  • Integrate CG elements seamlessly with live-action footage
  • Build templates and systems for common content types to increase speed and consistency
  • Stay current on social platform trends—transitions, effects, editing styles—and adapt quickly

3. Collaboration & Content Pipeline

  • Work closely with the Director of Photography to understand the creative intent behind every shoot and deliver on that vision
  • Collaborate with the CG Generalist and Technical Director to integrate 3D assets smoothly into edits
  • Partner with Creative Directors to iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
  • Organize and manage media assets, project files, and deliverables efficiently
  • Help build and refine COHO's editing workflows, templates, and systems for scalability
  • Provide feedback on what works (and what doesn't) based on platform performance

The Candidate Profile

  • The Social Editor: You don't just know how to edit—you understand what performs on social platforms. You follow trends, study what works, and can cut content that feels native to Instagram, Tik Tok, and Meta.
  • Motion Graphics Proficiency: You're skilled in After Effects and can create engaging motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects that elevate social content. This isn't optional—motion graphics are a core part of the role.
  • Product Beauty Obsessed: You have an eye for making products look beautiful in post. You understand color grading for skincare, how to make a bottle glow, and how to enhance texture and materials without losing authenticity.
  • Technically Versatile: You're proficient in industry-standard editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, Da Vinci Resolve) and strong with motion graphics tools (After Effects). You can work with both live-action and CG assets seamlessly.
  • Fast & Efficient: You can turn around edits quickly without cutting corners. You know when to spend time refining and when to ship. You thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Social-Native: You're on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube daily. You know what's trending, what's working, and how to adapt your editing style to match platform aesthetics.
  • Collaborative: You take direction well, iterate quickly based on feedback, and work seamlessly with DPs, CG artists, and creative teams. You're not precious about your work—you care about what performs.
  • Product-First Mindset: Your passion is making products look beautiful and making content that drives results on social platforms—that's what you want to master.
