💰Compensation details:

for this role the **monthly starting salary is 9.200 RON Gross.**We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.In addition to this, you will receive a 13th salary once per year and a vacation bonus.

The job responsibilities:

• You will be responsible to process applicants to our P&G jobs in Workday recruiting system and handle hiring process
• You will be responsible for scheduling interviews and handling applicants’ queries on emails, recruiting system or phone
• You will own the day-to-day relationship with our internal partners related to any candidate queries
• You will update Workday database to keep an accurate status for all open P&G jobs.
• You will be the point of contact with selected candidates to sign the job offer and prepare all assets needed for their day 1
• You will run Workday reports to track and present the status of P&G open jobs.
