Job Description Managerial position Location: Medellín, Colombia

Working hours: Full time with flexible working hours

Key Responsibilities:

• You will focused on manufacturing cost management and control.

• Your role is to be a leader, as you will support and guide other teams in the execution of savings projects; you will be key to Fiscal year goal achievements.

• You will develop teamwork skills by building strong relationships with other areas in operation, logistics, engineering, quality, internal controls, etc.

• Your key functions are: Finding solutions to problems, eliminating nonvalue process and discovering new and innovative savings opportunities always ensuring "Doing the right thing"!

Job Qualifications

• Active student of a University Degree (fields like: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce) with 6 to 12 months to graduation date

• Eligible to work in Colombia.

• Live in Medellín

• Have intermediate English Skills (B2 or above)

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
