YOUR ROLE AS INTERN INDIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (DATA & AUTOMATION) (m/f/d) (6 months)
Our Engineers located in the Europe Baby Care Process & Engineering hub in Euskirchen, Germany near Cologne / Bonn are responsible for inventing, developing, reapplying, and delivering breakthrough technologies that provide winning products for consumers around in Europe and around the world. Looking after a multitude of current and future products, Procter & Gamble Engineers have the technical curiosity and knowledge to develop innovative approaches to address current and future challenges. Your work will require creativity, innovation, teamwork, and leadership. You will use state of the art technologies and collaborate with multi-disciplinary and highly professional teams across the Company.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge digital transformation project, gain valuable industry experience in a dynamic, fast-paced international team. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, highly organized, and can work both independently and within a team. Job QualificationsYOUR PROFILE
The following skills will help you to be successful:

Good academic results in any of the following fields: engineering, technology , applied sciences or comparable technical studies
-
Strong leadership skills and a strong Technical Mastery - you should have a strong technical background and/or curiosity to troubleshoot difficult problems and develop new solutions.
-
You should have real passion for digital transformation and utilizing data, automation, and AI to redesign daily operations. You should have a curious mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
-
Agility and Resourcefulness: you should be able to quickly embrace and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and cost, demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Building Diverse and Collaborative Relationships: Development of relationships will be critical to your success in supporting the business. You will work in intersection with the engineering organization, R&D and manufacturing.

Highly organized in work deliverables, communication, and resource management

Intermediate proficiency in Python is required, any other programming language is a plus.

You ideally have prior hands-on experience in understanding real work processes, working with operational data, automating workflows, and applying analytics or simple ML to improve daily operations.

Fluent English skills is a must, preferable on German.
