Job Description

We’re looking for a Central Quality Specialist to support our strategic operations and local management by ensuring full compliance with quality systems, regulations, and performance measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of one or more Quality Systems in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Balance quality standards with business performance objectives, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.

• Guarantee right-first-time project implementation, preventing critical or major quality issues.

• Execute and support both the global P&G quality strategy and local regulatory requirements.

• Prioritize actions based on business needs and capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Job Qualifications

• BSc degree in Pharmacy or Science with (0-3) years of experience

• English fluency, spoken & written

• Digital fluency, including AI, Data Analytics and Data Visualization skills

• Very good Microsoft Office skills

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

• Good Business Writing skills
