Starting Pay / Salary Range: Entry rate of**$44.92/hr or ~$112,000/yr. Top level electricians can earn up to $60.43/hr or ~$150,000/yr as you grow in the organization. (**Salary ranges here do not include shift differential or overtime.)

**About the role: **As a Plant Electrician & Instrumentation Technician you will troubleshoot electrical and controls issues on manufacturing equipment using electrical schematics, complete planned electrical installations and maintenance, assist with electrical and controls upgrades or improvement projects, and collaborate with machine mechanics, other electricians, and engineers to drive business results. Work a set, full-time schedule indoors!

This role will initially be in South Boston and will transition to our Andover Manufacturing Center located ~25 miles north of Boston within the next five years. We expect all employees hired to make the transition to Andover as roles migrate to the new site.Reasons you’ll love working here:

Job Qualifications Job Requirements:

• High School/GED Education

• Holds an Electrical Journeyman's license and can practice in the state of Massachusetts

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Able to work a 12 hour shift and wear safety rated equipment

Job Experience We’re Looking For:

• Role model electrical safety in ALL aspects of your work

• Self-directed, motivated, and able to collaborate well with others

• Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for industrial electrical or controls issues

• Knowledge and/or application with any of the following technology areas: PLC’s, HMI’s, process instrumentation, vision systems that ensure product quality, machine control systems, variable frequency drives (Power Flex, etc.), servo drives, robotics, power distribution ( sensors, control system networking, PLC Siemens TIA portal, Allen Bradley Rockwell Control Logics, and electrical safety

• Control cabinet electrical wiring experience, able to use electrical troubleshooting tools for measurements and analysis, and/or able to read electrical schematics and one-line diagrams

• Experience with a regulated industry, such as Food, Cosmetic, or Drug for knowledge of GMP compliance is a plus.

• We will help you to build technical mastery in these systems.
