What You Will Do:As a Process Engineer, you will:

  • Drive Production Excellence: Manage production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Lead Projects: Oversee project launches and implement new initiatives that have a meaningful impact on operations.
  • Optimize & Automate: Implement and lead automation initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Enhance Your Skills: Work alongside top-tier professionals, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and targeted training.

Job Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you can answer "YES" to the following questions:

  • Are you a recent graduate or within two years of graduation from a Technical University in fields such as Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines?
  • Do you have experience in eliminating losses in production or other processes?
  • Are you fluent in Polish and proficient in English?
  • Do you possess strong leadership skills and excel in teamwork and analytical thinking?
  • Are you open to learning, demonstrate initiative, and show flexibility in your work approach?
