About the role
Responsibilities About the role The role focuses on building a strong foundation in transaction processing, accuracy, and quality, with a defined learning curve. The individual is encouraged to independently handle standard work while consistently meeting efficiency and quality expectations over time. What you will do Key Responsibilities Review and Process Correspondence: Examine and handle electronic and scanned correspondence accurately and in a timely manner, in line with established efficiency levels and quality standards. The role requires close attention to detail and adherence to defined procedures. Learning & Productivity Focus: Progress through an expected learning curve of approximately 9 months, after which performance is measured primarily on transaction volumes processed and quality outcomes. Identify Actionable Items: Analyze routine internal and external correspondence to identify required actions. Call out queries or seek mentorship when transparency is needed. Use of Tools & Resources: Apply standard operating procedures, system help tools, technical documentation, and peer support to complete daily tasks efficiently. Issue Handling Refer exceptions or non‑standard cases to senior team members (T3/T4) as per guidelines. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all processing is completed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Additional Support: Assist with routine ad‑hoc tasks and assigned activities to support team deliverables.
