We are looking for our new PM Direcor Infrastructure & Private Assets, in this position your responsabilities would be: Lead and support the expansion of the Infrastructure Debt investment strategy across Latin America, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and global investment objectives, in direct coordination with the Global Infrastructure team.

Oversee the Lat Am private infrastructure pipeline and portfolio, leading sourcing, origination, and underwriting of multi-country investment opportunities, while supporting the development of new investment platforms and vehicles.

Key representative for Lat Am Infrastructure Debt on fundraising initiatives and active client engagements Lead the Private Assets strategy in Mexico, in alignment with the broader LATAM Private Assets strategy and in close collaboration with the regional team and provide oversee the full lifecycle of private asset investments in Mexico.

Build and maintain strong networks with developers, sponsors, financial institutions, advisors, and strategic partners to ensure a robust and sustainable investment pipeline.

Identify and develop new investment themes, sectors, and structures across infrastructure and private assets.

Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders—including asset managers, financial institutions, regulators, custodians, and legal and tax advisors—contributing to financing strategies such as debt financing and capital markets transactions. ¿Qué buscamos?

Academic: Professional Degree (Finance, Economy or similars). MBA is a preference.

Experience: Alternative Assets analysis: focus in Local and International Infrastructure.

Years of Experience: At least 10 years.

Languages: English (business level) Tools: Microsoft Excel proeficient.

Certifications: CFA or CAIA is a preference.
