Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to our operations, providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership and acting as a trusted partner in improving operational efficiency. Role Overview The Administrative Assistant provides senior leadership with high-level administrative assistance and functions as a dependable participant in promoting operational efficiency. In addition to essential administrative responsibilities, the role prioritizes proactively managing priorities and ensuring fluid, timely coordination across teams and customers. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings Coordinate meetings, including agendas, presentations, reports, briefing materials, and logistics; document minutes and action items Support planning and execution of team initiatives, events, and offsites Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables as required Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and post-visit expense reconciliation Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity Collaborator & Communication Management Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external collaborators across geographies. Ensure timely follow-ups on key actions and decisions Qualifications Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree or atleast 10+ equivalent experience.
