In the role of Process Specialist:

  • Custodian, you will occupy a significant position within our Finance/Insurance division. You will uphold top-tier processes and ensure smooth customer experiences. Your contributions will be appreciated, and you will work alongside a driven group dedicated to success and ongoing development.

Responsibilities As a Process Specialist:

  • Custodian, your responsibilities will include: Applying your strong knowledge of Pension Benefits payments (Lum-sum and periodic) Processing ACH returns, ACH NOC, ACH Reclaims (Death benefits), Payment Directives, STOP and Reissue of Payments. Performing updates to pension records for plan participants, including changes to addresses, banking information for direct deposits, and adjustments to tax withholding preferences. Differentiating, processing, and balancing transactions with precision. Researching inquiries and resolving customer complaints efficiently. Reviewing and handling time-sensitive and/or complex documents accurately. Crafting or revising departmental procedures to improve efficiency. Coordinating situations involving multiple departments to ensure seamless operations. Providing department-level reporting using multiple sources. Performing quality checks on work done by co-workers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Leading changes in initiatives for process improvement and innovation. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of relevant experience demonstrated in US Pension operations and Benefit payment, Trust & Custody knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ability to work and communicate effectively with business partners and management.
