Consultant - Business Intelligence

Responsibilities Role Summary Lead and oversee execution of User Access Reviews (UAR) across multiple Business Units, ensuring strong governance, appropriate entitlement, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. Drive stakeholder engagement and governance forums, providing insights through dashboards, risk indicators, and audit readiness metrics; proactively highlight risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Own and guide complex data analysis across systems/applications to validate accuracy, identify trends, and ensure completeness, while mentoring team members on analytical approaches. Manage end-to-end audit support, including planning, evidence review, issue resolution, and remediation tracking, ensuring timely closure and audit compliance. Establish robust data validation and control frameworks, ensuring high standards of accuracy, documentation, and adherence to internal policies. Apply advanced understanding of accounting and financial processes to validate transactions, ensuring correctness in classification and control compliance. UAR JD | Outlook Lead process deep dives and transformation initiatives to identify control gaps, streamline workflows, and implement preventive and detective controls. Oversee system data flows and root cause analysis, providing strategic insights and clear communication to stakeholders and leadership teams. Resolve complex operational challenges, coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving sustainable solutions. Project management for high-impact deliverables, ensuring prioritization, resource mapping, and on-time execution across projects and BAU activities. Build team capability by mentoring and guiding team members, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards. Interpret and enforce regulatory and internal guidelines, ensuring continuous compliance with evolving standards and fostering a strong control environment. Expected to work in night shift 6.30pm to 3.30am Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate bachelor’s degree BCA, MCA, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent relevant experience. 8-10 years of experience Additional Information Must have knowledge of tools Dodeca, Altrics, SQL knowledge
