This role is responsible for driving sales growth, market reach, and customer relationships across East Malaysia. You will focus on protective and marine coating solutions for industries such as oil and gas, marine, infrastructure, power, and heavy industries, while ensuring understanding of PPG's commercial strategies and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Protective & Marine coatings (PMC) business in East Malaysia and Brunei
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners, consultants, shipyards, fabricators, applicators, and contractors
• Work closely with technical service teams to provide coating solutions, specifications, and application support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure compliance with internal CRM and reporting systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in protective and marine coatings
• Experience in project sales within oil and gas, marine, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
• Extensive travel across East Malaysia, Sarawak
• Existing network within East Malaysia & Brunei oil and gas and marine industry
