The Production Supervisor owns the floor - driving Safety, Quality, and Productivity every minute of the shift. You will be about action: leading from the front, keeping product moving, and coaching people in real-time to achieve the targets without cutting corners on safety or quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily and weekly activities to meet customer demands.

• Coach – Oversee a team of 10-20 associates, monitoring productivity, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring everyone on your team understands their responsibilities.

• Develop new employees, helping them become valuable team members. Crosstrain your employees to strengthen your team.

• Safety – To ensure you and your team work safely, you will set a good example and to always enforce Company safety guidelines.

• Be familiar with all manufacturing processes and procedures while driving the discipline that these are being followed.

• Identify issues and call out issues affecting agreed upon deadlines.

• Understand daily shipping requirements to support activities that maintain a 98%+ inventory accuracy and 95%+ order management, shipped on time and in full.

• Support employee engagement, team development, maintain high safety, and housekeeping standards.

• Facilitate implementation of 5S and other lean projects

• Lead inventory control activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 10+ years of supervisory experience.

• Navision inventory tracking software and transaction troubleshooting.
