EHS Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for the implementing and maintenance of PPG EHS management system.

负责PPG EHS管理体系的实施和维护。

Organize EHS Risk Identification & assessment for the potential hazards through Job Safety Analysis, PPE assessment, Environmental Aspect Matrix, annual risk prioritization etc. and tracking the implementing of recommended actions.

通过工作安全分析、个人防护用品评估、环境因素矩阵、年度风险优先级等，组织对潜在危害进行EHS风险识别和评估，并跟踪建议措施的实施情况。

Support CAIC EHSLT Chairman to develop and implement a strong EHS performance culture throughout the organization with all levels of employees through communication processes, EHS Process gap analysis, effective training solutions, EHS performance appraisal.

通过沟通流程、EHS流程差距分析、有效的培训解决方案、EHS绩效评估，来支持CAIC EHSLT负责人与各级员工在整个组织中发展和实施强大的EHS绩效文化。

Establish and implement the relevant EHS procedures to be compliance with PPG EHS requirements and local EHS laws & regulations.

建立并实施相关EHS程序，以符合PPG EHS要求和当地EHS法律法规。

Tracking and follow up to close the EHS inspection findings at different level, i.e. Corporate EHS audit, AP regional EHS assessment, regular site inspection, etc. .

跟踪和跟进各级EHS检查结果，如公司EHS审计、AP区域EHS评估、定期现场检查等。

Follow up and monitoring EHS KPIs.

跟进和监控EHS KPI。

EHS technical expert to support CAIC such as JSA, LOTO, electrical safety etc.

作为EHS技术专家支持CAIC，如JSA、LOTO、电气安全等。

Check and approve for ACT EHS Checklist and MOC from CAIC and provide support on new projects or changes from EHS perspective.

检查并批准CAIC的ACT EHS检查表和MOC，并从EHS的角度为新项目或变更提供支持。

Conduct and support IH Samplings based on the requirement of annual Sampling plan.

根据年度采样计划的要求，进行和支持IH采样。

Track the EHS legislation systematically to study & document the applicability and gaps; update the gaps/result on EHSLT meeting regularly.

系统跟踪EHS法律法规，研究并记录其适用性和差距；定期更新EHSLT会议的差距/结果。

Support relative departments to conduct the incident investigation with RCA method, identify the corrective actions and track implement status

支持相关部门采用RCA方法进行事件调查，确定纠正措施并跟踪实施情况

Assist the EHS manager for the EHS performance report and EHS speech at the meetings.

协助EHS经理在会议上进行EHS绩效报告和EHS宣讲。

Other assignments from EHS manager and regional EHS team.

完成EHS经理和区域EHS团队的其他任务。

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, safety, engineering, environment or equivalent;

化学、安全、工程、环境或同等专业学士学位；

• fluency in Chinese, fluency in English reading and writing, at least (3) years experience in a chemical plant or Chemical related Technical Center EH&S management.

中文流利，英语读写流利，至少（3）年化工厂工作经验或化学相关技术中心EH&S管理。

• Familiar with formula based production ,China EH&S law and regulations.

熟悉配方生产工艺，熟悉中国EH&S法律法规。

• Have a good understanding on EHS, hard-working and can work under pressure.

对EHS工作有很好的理解，能吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强。

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

较强的沟通和人际交往能力。

• National Certified Safety Engineer in chemical industry is mandatory.
