As a warehouse systems operator, you will plan deliveries of internal-origin shortages for all out-of-town Distribution Centers. You will also follow up on these deliveries, ensuring compliance with transfer cycle days and the scheduled appointments on the Transfer Operations board.

You will work in our distribution center located in Tutltitlan, reporting to warehouse systems coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• You will schedule shipments for out-of-town distribution centers
• You will review and follow up on emails related to consigned orders, ATP (confirmed customer orders), dock cross-docking, and internal-origin shortages (OI).
• You will also handle calls with internal customers and operations areas. Additionally, you will manage incidents reported by out-of-town DCs and conduct analysis to reduce them, including follow-up with originating DCs.
• You will monitor picking, checking, loading, dispatch, and unit departure operations
• you will prepare area reports, Indicators, analyses, improvement plans, and projects by extracting data from Oracle into Excel. Providing support and follow-up on Operational Excellence projects and Teams

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree
• • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or data analysis
• Office skills: Intermediate Excel; basic formulas, filters, pivot tables
• English: intermediate
