As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the operation of plant machinery and facilities. You will do this by accomplishing and following up on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Additionally, you will meet established safety, quality, and performance standards.

You will work reporting to the maintennance in our Saltillo plant.

Key Responsibilities

• You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring follow‑up to the annual Maintenance Program.
• You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, welding, and maintenance on motors, electric pumps.
• You will interpret electrical diagrams.
• You will manage spare parts inventory follow‑up and activities related to internal documentation.
• You will ensure compliance with internal safety and hygiene requirements, including pre‑work risk analysis.
• You will perform facility maintenance – 30% (due to facility improvement projects).
• You will support forklift maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical degree (Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Electronics).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Desirable knowledge in electrical control, natural gas equipment, compressors, diaphragm pumps, forklifts.
• Excel: basic formulas, charts.
• English intermediate – able to read manuals.
• Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends.
