As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead daily warehouse operations. These operations include managing raw materials, containers, and tanks. You will ensure through strategic inventory management and efficient coordination of logistics flows. Additionally, you will develop performance metrics that improve and achievement of organizational goals.

You will report to Distribution and Warehouse Center Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure compliance with organizational goals established for warehouses under their responsibility.

• Implement and maintain inventory control systems based on established controls to ensure achievement of operational goals.

• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements for storage, handling, and shipping of materials.

• Manage raw material receipt following established procedures, managing issues associated with non-compliance.

• Prepare reports on warehouse indicators, inventory turnover, projects to maintain healthy inventory (no expiration, no slow-moving items) and waste control.

• Ensure inventory accuracy in cycle counts and annual physical inventory.

• Verify compliance with warehouse operations in a safe manner, reporting findings through the use of Near Miss as an incident prevention tool.

• Develop Team Leaders and Warehouse Technicians for their professional and personal growth.

• Produce an environment of trust and among personnel under their management.

• Participate in Safety programs (BBS, Think 4, Gemba, 365+5X2) to ensure results in the curve.

• Manage human resources (overtime and personnel allocation).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering or related career.

• • 5 years of experience in warehouse management.

• Management of warehouse indicators KPI's.

• ISO 9000, IATF standards.

• CT-PAT programs

• ORACLE/ SAP Application

• Warehouse management with more than 3000 SKUs.

• Inventory management and control tools, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and advanced, Excel , Word, PowerPoint).
