Mission

Provide specialized technical support in colorimetry and color solutions, ensuring high‑quality service for both internal and external customers. Contribute to the development, management, and delivery of color solutions that support commercial growth and proper product implementation in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical contact for colorimetry and color solutions.
• Manage color development and delivery, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and update the color database, providing insights to support the Sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Sales to develop them.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, trainings, and presentations for customers.
• Provide technical training to Sales team members.
• Manage technical certifications for product/paint solutions and share updates with internal teams.
• Participate in technical fairs, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical support, colorimetry, or related technical roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Solid computer proficiency.
• Good written and spoken English.
