This role is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that manufacturing or production meets performance and quality standards. You will coordinate with different departments, maintaining budgets, managing timelines, and mitigating risks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Take lead for EHS, 5S housekeeping, Quality and Cost of the departments and team members. Ensure the implementation and adherence of EHSMS and Life critical rules.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence Quality process align with the ISO9001, ISO14001 & IATF16949.
• Collaborate with management to set production targets and establish goals for the production team.
• Ensure daily manufacturing targets are met, ensure daily Tier1 meeting are conducted and participle daily Tier 2 meeting.
• Manage and eliminate production losses whether Utilization, Yield or Uptime.
• Aid Operators on Troubleshooting, teach and coaches Operators in performance gap closure.
• Work with Shift Team Coach / Shift Supervisors to ensure appropriate daily operator tasks are accomplished safely.
• Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of production workers (local and foreign) to ensure smooth operations, quality, and safety compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive, coating field or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma is an added asset
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Fluent in English and local language.
