Production Operator for Sylmar Plant

Starting Pay: $26.12 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday (8 hours shift)

As a Production Operator you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operates a hoist where necessary
• Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.
• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
