Job Description:

JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS (Why job exists, what areas it impacts on, requirements to do the job, and Success Factors)

• Finish daily on time and meet all related requirements regarding the Quality Management System and EHS Management System. 日常工作应符合质量管理体系EHS管理体系的要求。

• Work with Demand Manager to meet business requirements via cycle management and supply chain activities, including below step: 协助需求经理，通过日常的需求管理和供应链相关活动满足业务要求，包括以下内容：

• Maintain Oracle Demantra system to health operation including new account setup, daily system update, data input correctly, coordinate system problem issue and so on. 维护Demantra系统的正常运行包括新用户建立，日常的系统维护，正确录入数据，系统问题协调解决等等

• Responsible for FCST accuracy and Demand related analysis and issue the report. 负责相关预测准确率和需求计划的分析，并出具报告

• Coordinate the communication meeting with sales team and supply chain related. 定期协调与现场销售团队和供应相关部门的沟通会议。

• Support supply chain related issues such as supply issue, RA. 支持相关供应问题的分析

• Assist demand manager to provide short-term and Long-Term demand via Marketing and technology Analysis 协助需求经理，通过市场和技术分析进行长期短期的需求报告

• Assist the demand manager to finish special business协助需求经理完成日常临时交办的事务

• Assist Demand Manager to optimize the demand planning process to meet business requirements. 协助需求经理，优化需求计划流程要求。

• Building good relationship with related supply chain departments via routine activities. 通过日常工作与相关部门建立良好的业务关系。

要求Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent; related chemical knowledge and supply chain management experience is preferable商务、工程等相关专业大学以上水平。有关化工和供应链管理的工作经验尤佳。

• Fluency in Chinese and English. 熟练掌握中英文。 Familiar with PC software such as Microsoft Office、Excel and PBI. 熟练使用计算机办公软件

• 3 years’ experience in material purchasing, customer service, production planning and sales; related MRP or Oracle system operation experience is preferable. 3年以上有关采购，客服，生产计划或者销售的工作经验，有关SAP或者Oracle操作系统经验者尤佳。

• Good communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 良好的沟通，计划，协调，合作以及解决问题的能力。
