Production Technical Operator

As a Production Technical Operator, you will make, fill, adjust batches and undertake all supporting tasks within a Sealants manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Attain cell specific production schedule by manufacturing and filling production batches.
• Set machinery and carry out quality checks.
• Maintain and improve 5S standards and housekeeping.
• Participate in lean initiatives in all areas of the business.
• Train new Operators within the department.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic PC Skills
• Good Communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to contribute in all aspects of problem solving.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous.
• Counterbalance FLT licence beneficial.
