As the Commercial Performance Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of a field service and sales support (Commercial) organization to guide PPG Refinish USCA's strategic goals. You will report to the Director of Commercial Coatings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and other teams to manage change and adoption.
• Create upskilling, communication, and training to clarify roles, responsibilities, and performance measurements.
• Champion a culture of accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop metrics and tools to monitor adoption, measure the effectiveness, and improve processes and customers' line productivity.
• Coordinate with Zones, Strategic Accounts, and Senior Refinish management for understanding.
• Main contact with Direct & Corporate customers, specifically at operational layers.
• Perform line studies with important prospects and develop a formal project outline and path forward in the sales process.
• Put together data for products and investments for proposed customers based online study information.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Strategic Leadership and ability to Act with Long-term Perspective, Collaboration & Build Trust & Respect
• Background in Change Management, Performance Management, Communication & Influence & development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
