Business Analyst Associate II

The Business Analyst Associate is an entry‑level member of a Scrum team who supports the translation of our needs into well‑defined user stories. You will work with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the Development Team. It focuses on learning Agile practices, assisting with backlog refinement, and providing day‑to‑day clarification to support successful sprint delivery. You will be reporting directly to the Tech Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate as an active member of a Scrum team under the guidance of a Product Owner or senior analyst.

• Attend and contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Learn and apply Scrum and Agile principles in daily work.

• Support elicitation of needs by attending sessions with Product Owners and SMEs.

• Help document requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria using standard Agile formats.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or a related discipline.

• Experience with software development or Agile methodologies (academic or practical).

• Fluent in English
