As a Production Manager, You will be responsible for the production operations at the Zhangjiagang ICPKG Plant. You will report to Operations Manager. And location is in Zhang Jiagang Plant.

Key Responsibilities

• To develop the production team to support continuously growth for the business. Lead the team to conduct P&LP, Succession plan, development plan and improvement plan.
• To work with EHS team closely to implement all EHS requirement to cover both local regulation and PPG requirement. Be responsible for below activities in responsible area, it covers all the process, all the people and all the equipment.
• To lead team to achieve all KPI for production department. To Chair monthly production EHS/quality meeting.
• To lead production ACT projects and work together with maintenance and PE team.
• To take responsibility to implement production process rules and organize quality control activities.
• To promote Lean as a tool and culture and lead cost reduction, productivity and cycle time improvement projects.
• To be responsible for the department budget and control daily to achieve annual target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in writing and speaking English.
• Minimal 3 years production management experience with a multi-National company, 5 Year experience in a chemical manufacturing related facility.
• At least 5 years of team management experience
