Opérateur dilution H/F

Au sein du service automobile, vous êtes garant(e) du bon fonctionnement des installations de dilution et de la qualité des produits peinture.

Principales responsabilités

A ce titre, vous :

• Assurez la mise en service et l’arrêt des installations
• Contrôlez les caractéristiques des peintures (rhéologie, viscosité, pH)
• Gérez l’approvisionnement des cuves et de la mini-raclée
• Préparez les produits peinture et réalisez les ajustements nécessaires
• Effectuez des prélèvements pour analyses
• Suivez les paramètres des installations (pression, température, filtres, pompes…)
• Assurez la maintenance de premier niveau
• Participez au chargement et déchargement des camions
• Contribuez à l’entretien des équipements et du site

Qualifications

• Expérience en environnement industriel (idéalement peinture ou chimie)
• Connaissances des procédés de fabrication ou de traitement des produits
• Rigueur et sens de l’organisation
• Capacité à analyser une situation et réagir rapidement
• Esprit d’équipe et sens de la collaboration
• Sens de la sécurité et respect des procédures
