As a Commercial Excellence Analyst you will a sales-facing, execution-driven leader responsible for driving disciplined commercial execution across LATAM, with backup support for USCA. You will focus on improving pipeline quality, enforcing pricing and deal governance, increasing forecast accuracy, and translating Commercial Excellence standards into, sales-relevant execution that creates regional performance.
You will be a trusted execution partner to Sales leadership—challenging constructively, closing loops, and ensuring standards translate into sustained behavior change and commercial outcomes.
You will report to Global and Americas Commercial Excellence Director.
Key Responsibilities

Be a single point of accountability for pipeline quality in LATAM.

Manage and enforce regional pipeline management standards (stage definitions, entry/exit criteria).

Be a primary Commercial Excellence partner to Regional and Country Sales Leaders.

Participate in regional sales reviews, pipeline reviews, and pricing forums.

Improve sales effectiveness through coaching on sales process discipline and opportunity management.

Lead regional sales effectiveness and enablement projects, including skills assessment.

Enforce pricing governance by identifying patterns in discounting, deal exceptions, and price leakage.

Partner with Sales and Finance to promote pricing corridors and approval thresholds.

Manage regional sales rep–level performance analysis

Ensure insights are decision-oriented.

Lead regular pipeline quality reviews with local teams

Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and execution risks with corrective actions.

Improve adoption of customer segmentation models and ensure segmentation informs service models.

Support sales leaders with data-driven recommendations on territory design and coverage models.

Translate Commercial Excellence frameworks into clear, applicable guidance for sales teams.
-
Connect sales, value propositions, and segmentation strategies with CRM execution.

Deliver insights that lead to decisions, behavior change, or improved execution.

Ensure analytics are tied to commercial outcomes and execution priorities.

Support sales performance management through fact-based insights.
-
Identify systemic execution issues and improve them with fact-based recommendations.

Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree Business, Finance, Economics, and Engineering.
-
8+ years of experience (B2B industrial)
-
LATAM markets experience
-
Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)/PowerPoint
-
Direct field sales team experience
-
Multi-country/regional role background
-
English fluency
-
Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
-
Continuous improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma)
