Position Summary

We are looking for an Engineering Trainer to design and deliver technical training programs for Design Engineers and Planners. The role includes training on Network 101, FTTH Design, AutoCAD, internal tools, and customer-specific systems. The trainer will also provide floor support, assess knowledge gaps, and ensure training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical training programs as per organizational needs

• Create training schedules, agendas, and course content

• Prepare training materials (PPTs, worksheets, modules)

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job training sessions

• Track attendance, performance, and training completion

• Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements

• Engage learners effectively using adult-learning principles

• Develop new training modules based on industry trends

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather training requirements

• Assist with interviewing and testing engineering candidates

• Support employees with task‑related queries

• Maintain training records and documentation

• Manage classroom preparation, equipment, and consumables

• Ensure classes start on time and run efficiently

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical training or teaching (engineering/telecom domain preferred)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience in creating telecom‑related curriculum is a plus

• Good knowledge of telecom industry best practices

• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Positive, collaborative attitude

Education: Any Engineering Graduate (BE/B.Tech)
Preferred: Telecom, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related fields
