As a Software Engineer Lead (Mobile Developer) within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA.

Required Skills:

One or more mobile programming languages: Kotlin, Swift, Java, Python
Native SDKs and IDEs (Android Studio, Xcode, IntelliJ)
Backend fundamentals (REST, Kafka, streaming applications, Microservices, Spring boot)
CI/CD and debugging
UI/UX design principles
Leadership and communication proficiency

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Job Description

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $60,500.00 – $179,400.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
