Job Description:
A Product Manager works to roadmap and deliver core functionality that helps our customers improve their learning and business outcomes. They deliver important features and further areas of focus that align to our company strategy. Their role is to help identify and build frictionless points of engagement with our users.
Who you’re committed to being:
-
You enjoy learning and are open to new ways of doing things.
-
You are not afraid to be yourself, experiment, make mistakes and learn from them, ask questions, or voice your concerns.
-
When communicating you are self-aware, insightful, and proactive.
-
You love partnering across the organization and have experience driving GTM coordination as well as partnership across your technical teams.
-
You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others.
-
You operate with a high sense of urgency and personal ownership of commercial success — you move fast, follow through, and look at your product as an end-to-end business.
What you’ll do:
-
Own the end-to-end experience of how users get access to Pluralsight — login, signup, SSO, and automated provisioning across authentication methods and enterprise identity systems, including emerging methods like AI agent-based access.
-
Identify and eliminate friction in the login and access experience for both individual learners and enterprise admins, with a focus on activation and retention impact.
-
Partner with engineering on provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, and with Sales and Customer Success on how identity requirements factor into enterprise deals and renewals.
-
Pipeline Expansion:
Identify and prioritize net-new solution package opportunities based on market demand, competitive landscape, and Pluralsight's content strengths.
- Revenue, Retention & Innovation:
Partner with GTM, Customer Success, and Analytics to track and lead the business outcomes tied to your product line — including ARR contribution, churn drivers within your product area, and the pipeline of initiatives to improve it.
Experience you’ll bring:
-
Experience owning authentication and authorization workflows at a SaaS company, with demonstrable impact on activation, retention, or re-engagement metrics.
-
Familiarity with enterprise identity concepts and protocols — including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and RBAC — and comfort discussing them with engineering teams and enterprise customers.
-
Ability to partner with analytics and data teams to define instrumentation requirements, interpret behavioral data, and translate findings into roadmap decisions.
-
Comfort operating across both end-user (learner) and admin/B2B buyer personas within the same product surface.
-
Experience collaborating with GTM, customer success, and marketing stakeholders on lifecycle campaigns and in-product communications strategy.
Requirements:
-
Requires a minimum of 4 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
-
Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
-
Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of Engineers and Product Designers
-
Proven experience working with ambiguity and being able to build strategic direction and roadmap
-

Has anyone used Pluralsight to study for the AI-900?
I've got free access to Pluralsight courses, and after completing the AZ-900, I'm going on to do the AI-900 (well... AI-901). Has anyone used the Pluralsight resources to help them with their exam? Or should I just focus on using MS Learn alongside YouTube videos?

2024 MBA grad, stuck in stagnant role, struggling to exit. Looking for any advice on job search/career strategy.
**Background:** I have been working as a Strategy & Transformation Consultant at a T3 consulting firm since graduating from a T25 in 2024. I'm based in the southeast. Initial recruitment was tough. I only got 1 interview during my job search, which led to my current role. I believe my biggest limiting factor was that my prior experience was all in education; this made it challenging to establish my credibility for typical post-MBA roles. \[I know now that I should have been aiming higher
