Plaid is seeking a strategic People Partner to serve as a key collaborator for our HRBP Lead and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership.

In this role, you will lead the charge on all employee relations—from conducting complex investigations to elevating performance management—while serving as the primary advocate and resource for our teams.

Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll partner with the HRBP Lead and leadership to design and scale high-impact programs that drive the success of our GTM functions.
